How do I choose the right size scooter for my child?
We recommend choosing a scooter based on your child's height and weight rather than just age. Our Mini models are perfect for ages 2-5, while the Maxi series is designed for ages 5-12. Check our detailed size guide for specific handlebar height measurements.
What is the weight limit for your adult scooters?
Most of our adult commuter scooters are engineered to support a maximum weight of 100kg (approx. 220lbs). This ensures optimal performance and safety during your daily commute.
Do you offer replacement parts for wear and tear?
Yes, we believe in sustainability. We stock a full range of replacement parts including wheels, brake sets, and handlebar grips so you can refresh your scooter instead of replacing it.
How long does shipping take for domestic orders?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. We also offer an express shipping option at checkout which delivers within 1-2 business days for orders placed before 1 PM.
What is your return policy for sports equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy. Items must be in their original packaging and in an unused condition. Please note that for safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on scooters that have been ridden outside.
Do Micro Scooters come with a warranty?
Every Micro Scooter comes with a 2-year manufacturer's warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. This excludes normal wear and tear or damage caused by misuse or stunting.
