Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Scooter

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all parts, manuals, and protective inserts are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects your return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 5-7 business days.
